Are your products 100% natural?

– Yes, all our products are made with 100% natural, high-quality ingredients.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

– Yes, everything is cruelty-free, and most items are vegan (please check individual products).

Where are your products made?

– All our products are handcrafted in the UK in small, quality-controlled batches.

Do you offer international shipping?

– Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

– We dispatch via Royal Mail 2nd Class; delivery typically takes 2-7 working days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

– By UK law, we cannot accept returns on skincare or cosmetic items that have been opened or unsealed due to hygiene reasons. However, if your item arrives incorrectly and unopened, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll do our best to help.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

– Yes, most of our formulas are designed for sensitive skin, but always patch test first.

How should I store your products?

– Store in a cool, dry place below 23°C away from direct sunlight.
