- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic balms (unless faulty)
- Teas or capsules with broken seals
- Personalised or made-to-order items
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at contact@izahbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
